Barrabup Sanctuary
Total Hemp Co. is situated at beautiful Barrabup Sanctuary, just outside the town of Nannup in Southwest WA. Our industrial hemp farm covers 35 hectares growing the Industrial strain of Cannabis Sativa/Indica cross. The majority of our operations are at this location and we employ up to 15 staff members seasonally to tend the farm, maintain the grounds, manage the accommodation and camping areas, hold wellness workshops, run our office and pack our orders.
Our farm is an eclectic and joyful place where we care for and give back to the earth. You’ll find the staff engaging in activities such as bee keeping, to produce our Happy Hemp Bee Honey, and paper making from scratch with hemp fibres from our own crops. We collect rain water, compost and up-cycle “waste” products at every chance. We operate our farm like a thriving ecosystem where humans, plants and animals live in harmony together, practicing biodynamic and organic farming.
Hemp Farm Tours
Barrabup Sanctuary is a tranquil paradise nestled on the banks of the famous Blackwood River. It is home to many species of flora and fauna and our founder Glenn delights in taking folks on night time bush walks to catch glimpses of some of the more elusive creatures who live here. Those who stay in our campgrounds or other accommodation may request one of these exclusive night tours, or if you’re skittish in the dark, day time tours can be arranged!
We welcome private companies, groups and schools who wish to book educational tours of our farm to learn more about industrial hemp production. Tours and dates are subject to availability during the peak growing season, November through to harvest May/June
